SASPA OFFERS A VARIETY OF ADULT CLASSES

ADULT BALLET
is for Beginner through Intermediate, for the adult student who wishes to study the art for continued health benefits and or further technical development.

ADULT JAZZ
is for beginners through intermediate, for the adult student with a continued drive for a higher energy class. Adult Jazz is a mix between Broadway style and west coast contemporary with some lyrical and contemporary influences.

ADULT BELLY DANCE (Oriental and Tribal)
is for beginners through advanced.  Students learn different styles and origins of authentic belly dance.  Tribal, Oriental are just a few of the different styles taught

ADULT HIP-HOP
is for beginners through intermediate, for the adult student with a desire to learn the contemporary moves used in music videos and alike.  Students have fun and gain a cardio workout.

ADULT TAP
is for beginners through intermediate, for the adult student with a desire to have fun and exercise at the same time while learning an original American style of dance… With its roots in Irish step dance, tap students also learn a percussive instrument, taught in the Broadway style with rhythm influence.

ADULT FLAMENCO  (Spanish)
is for beginners through intermediate, for the adult student. Learning original dance styles from Spain and the use of castanettes.

ADULT FOLKLORICO (Mexican)
is for beginners through intermediate, for the adult student with a desire to learn the heritage, ethnic dances from the different states of Mexico.  Folklorico also has its roots in Flamenco dance.

ADULT SCOTTISH HIGHLAND
is for beginners through intermediate, for the adult student wishing to learn the heritage and the highly aerobic dances of Scotland.

TUMBLING / ACROBATICS
is for beginners through intermediate, for the adult student with a desire to develop more corps strength and overall limberness.

ZUMBA
is for beginners through intermediate, for the adult student that enjoys Latin sounds, a party atmosphere and high energy.

In addition, SASPA allows adult students to main-stream into regular classes held each week within their accomplished level of achievement should the student desire more classes per week.
