SUMMER PROGRAMS 2018

OPTION 1

SUMMER CLASSES
June 25th-July 28th

Mon.-Thurs. & Saturdays

Students who enroll in the continual classes have flexibility by signing up for a minimum of four weeks or all five weeks.  Tuition is based on the 2017 sliding scale.  The serious student benefits by taking all 5 weeks.

Enrollment is limited, so be sure to sign-up and get the classes you want.

Take unlimited classes for four (4) weeks during the summer at the incredible low price of $298.00.  Five weeks $372.50

(The school is open by 4:00 pm and closes daily at 9:00 pm Monday thru Thursday and Saturday 9:00 am – 1:00 pm.

MUSICAL THEATRE
CAMPS of San Antonio

June 25th – 29th

DISNEY MOVIE MAGIC   Ages 5 – 10
FOOTLOOSE                         Ages 11 – Older
June 29, 5:00 pm Final Performance
FINAL PERFORMANCE is the last Friday of the week at 5:00 pm 
Seating is first come first served and free.

July 9th – 13th

THE WIZARD OF OZ           Ages 5 – 10
WICKED                                   Ages 11 – Older
July 13, 5:00 pm Final Performance
FINAL PERFORMANCE is the last Friday of each camp at 5:00 pm

Musical Theatre Camps of San Antonio in its 29th year provides 8 hours of performing arts skills including daily; acting, singing, music theaory, dance, stage direction, choreography and theatre terminology necessary to be in a professional production.  Campers make new friends, write a biography and receive a camp T-Shirt with their name on it.  No previous experience is required and auditions for solos are voluntary. Camps are taught by clinicians who have a degree or equal professional stage knowledge and experience.  Lunch may also be provided by the camp (Subway) at an additional cost or the camper can bring lunch from home.  A final performance of all production material learned is on Friday of each camp week at 5:00 pm.

EARLY BIRD camp tuition is $270.00 BYO Lunch or $320.00 if lunch is provided each day.

Registration after May 27th 2018 is $280.00 BYO Lunch or $330.00 if lunch is provided each day.

CLASSICAL BALLET INTENSIVE

July 23-27,  &  July 30-August 3

ADVANCED / INTERMEDIATE BALLET STUDENTS
(Student will be separated the first day based on current technical achievement shown in ballet class.
Ages 11 – Older (Advanced must be en pointe.  Intermediate may be getting ready for pointe or newly en pointe)

2 WEEK  (M-F  9:00 am – 5:00 pm)  (Dancers on pointe)  SASPA’s Ballet Intensive is a two week intensive for the student who aspires to train in a very focused ballet environment.  Every day student’s will have classical ballet class and pointe class.  In addition,  students will take contemporary, jazz, character, stretch, conditioning, acro-tumbling, hair and make-up, Pilates and rehearsals will culminate into a final performance on the last day of the second week.
Advanced / Intermediate Students (Ages 11-Up en  pointe)  Session is $660.00 BYO Lunch OR $760.00 if we provide lunch.

July 30 – August 3

YOUTH BALLET STUDENTS  Ages 6 – Older (Not en pointe)
1 WEEK (M-F 9:00 – 4:00 pm)  (Dancers not yet on pointe)  A one week intensive for young ballet students wishing to continue to develop their overall technique.  Every day student’s will have classical ballet class.  In addition,  students will take jazz, character, stretch, conditioning, acro-tumbling, hair and make-up, and rehearsals culminating into a final performance on the last day of the week.
Youth Students (Ages 6-Up Not en pointe)  Session  $330.00 BYO Lunch OR $380.00 if we provide lunch.
