About Us
Founded in 1984 by Nancy Grossenbacher, SASPA has been directed by Mr. Scott Conway, B.F.A., A.E.A. since 1989 and owned by Mr. Conway since 2010. Mrs. Grossenbacher intended the school to provide a comprehensive educational foundation for those who desire a career in the performing arts and those dedicated to honing performing arts talents as creative expression. While the school has changed geographic location and increased both studio space and the breadth of classes offered under the direction of Mr. Conway, the founding principal is still the cornerstone of the school’s culture.
